Hi, I'm Chris. When you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, or trauma, even the simplest daily tasks can feel overwhelming. You’ve probably tried to make things better on your own, but when progress feels slow, it’s easy to feel discouraged. Even if you’re feeling stuck, a part of you still hopes that with the right support, life can feel lighter again. With 30 years of experience, I help individuals and families navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship challenges, and processing difficulties like ADHD. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Experiential Therapy, tailoring each session to fit your unique needs. I love what I do, and I believe in the strength and resilience of every person I work with. Clients often tell me they feel truly seen, heard, and respected in our sessions.
