Registered Psychotherapist
Hi, I’m Brooke, a mental health counsellor with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy. As a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals, I provide a welcoming, supportive space for clients of all ages. I have a special focus on working with adolescents and young adults, helping those navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, and life’s many challenges. That said, my approach is adaptable. I believe therapy should meet you where you are, no matter what stage of life you’re in. In addition to therapy, I am also trained in completing Voice of the Child reports, ensuring that children’s perspectives are recognized and valued in the decision-making processes. At the heart of my work is a person-centered, strengths-based approach. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to help you tap into your strengths, build confidence, and develop tools to navigate whatever comes your way. My goal is to create a space where you feel empowered, supported, and capable of creating meaningful change. If you’re looking for a therapist who will listen, guide, and collaborate with you on your journey, I’d love to help.
